In 2006, the logo was created by Prijesh Badiyani, and added to business cards at the beginning of 2006. On Feb 14, 2006, the business was officially started, as a Sole Proprietorship, under the name of Penta IT Services.

Since it's founding, the business has been steadily growing over the year. With only Five official clients in a year, and a lot of start-up work and expenses, the business income grew by 5 percent. Again, there was a jump increase the business by 20 percent. The business is still steadily growing, and planning shows a large increase in business in the coming years.
